King County Metro and the City of Seattle are working to help keep buses on schedule through new bus layover facilities called Bus Hubs.
Bus Hubs will provide an off-street location for drivers to take a break and get ready to start their next trip on time.
The City is amending their Land Use Code to allow for Bus Hubs in downtown Seattle and Metro’s first site will be located in Eastlake.
