RapidRide H Line construction update (May 2022)

RapidRide H Line bus

King County Metro, in partnership with the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) and the City of Burien, is working to upgrade Metro Bus Route 120 — one of our 10 busiest routes — to the RapidRide H Line.

We will be sending email updates monthly to keep you informed on what to expect near you. We’ll also be reaching out to route neighbors, businesses, and local community organizations throughout construction to notify them when and where work will happen, as well as what impacts to expect.

Please feel free to share this information with your neighbors and encourage them to sign up for project email updates.

RapidRide H Line to launch in March 2023

The original timeline of the RapidRide H Line project has been extended by several months due to unforeseen construction and materials delays. RapidRide H Line will now launch in March 2023 rather than fall 2022. Read more about the updated project timeline and construction progress on our blog.
