Today marks the launch of B Line Pulse, a game for B Line riders to play on their mobile phones. Players respond to daily prompts based on weekly themes, providing data that is “transformed into a collection of evolving artwork.” Sponsored by 4Culture, King County’s cultural services agency, B Line Pulse is meant to blur the line between mobile app, game, public art, information graphic, and social experiment. It will be available to play for one year.
