Beginning Sept. 30, Access Transportation will no longer provide early-morning and late-evening service in some areas, including parts of Enumclaw, Black Diamond, Carnation, Duvall, Milton, North Bend, Sammamish, Snoqualmie, and Vashon Island. We will still provide service between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. in all of these areas.
In Pierce and Snohomish counties, we will only provide service in areas around Metro bus routes. Transfer trips will not be affected by this change.
We notified most customers who will be affected by this change last May, with a letter describing the trips they take that will be affected and how those trips will be affected. We sent another letter this month, as a reminder to those who got the first letter and a heads-up to new customers who have taken a trip in the last few months that will be affected by this change. You can also check coverage times for a specific address online.
