ThirdAvenueConceptImageMetro is working with the Seattle Department of Transportation to make improvements along Third Avenue. More than 42,000 transit riders use stops along this busy street. We’ve started planning for new bus shelters, benches, lighting, and transit kiosks between Union and Stewart streets. Now it’s your turn to learn and comment on the proposals at an open house.

When: Tuesday, Sept. 24, 3-6 p.m.
Where: The Boeing Gallery of Benaroya Hall, 200 University Street (use Third Avenue entrance)

Come and see the proposed improvement concepts and give us your thoughts. Together with the City of Seattle, we will use your ideas to refine the plans over the next year in preparation for construction in spring 2015.
