Many veterans who served their country go on to dedicate their careers to public service. To better honor their experiences and continued commitment to our communities, we sat down with employees across King County’s Department of Transportation. Their work is woven into the fabric of the services we provide – behind the wheel of a Metro bus, piloting a water taxi, managing our vehicle fleet and airport, and keeping our county roadways safe and clear.
