Event ServiceWest Seattle Water Taxi To support transit needs for the Orca Half Marathon on September 17, in addition to the normal West Seattle Sunday schedule, the West Seattle Water Taxi will depart Pier 50 at 7:30 a.m. and will depart Seacrest Park at 8:00 a.m.
Weekend Construction RerouteRoutes 240, 249 and ST 550Transit service will be affected in downtown Bellevue due to closure of 108th Ave NE between NE 4th St and NE 6th St from Saturday, September 17 at 9 a.m. to Sunday, September 18 at 6 p.m.

Service Reminders

    • Take transit to all your sporting events in Seattle this weekend. Metro and Link Light Rail serves riders heading to T-Mobile Park and Lumen Field;
      • The Huskies will have their home game at University of Washington at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday;
      • The Sounders have a match on Saturday at 7 p.m. at Lumen Field;
    • West Seattle Water Taxi and #773 and #775 shuttles are operating on the summer schedule, offering midday crossings 7 days a week, plus late options Fridays and Saturdays;
    • We recommend riders arrive at their bus stop a few minutes before the scheduled departure time of their trip.
    • Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
    • Remember, it’s free and easy to sign up for email or text alerts about King County Metro service. Alerts can be tailored to your favorite route(s).

Orca hal marathon september 17 2022 USATF Certified Half MarathonThe Orca Running Orca Half marathon is this Saturday, September 17 in West Seattle.












Special Saturday service for Orca Half Marathon on September 17. In addition to the normal West Seattle Sunday schedule, the West Seattle Water Taxi will depart Pier 50 @ 7:30 a.m.
