Want to get paid for making King County Metro even better for you and fellow King County residents? We’re looking for about 250 people to join a long-term panel program and share their feedback on new services, products and more!

Panelists will be compensated for their membership on the panel and for participation in up to four research studies per year. Panel participants will be asked to share their thoughts on making the Metro experience more reliable, safe, and accessible, and responsive to their travel needs.

Who can be a panelist?

We need people with a variety of backgrounds and experiences to participate in our panel. We’d especially like to hear from you if you:

  • Have a household income below $50,000.
  • Are Black, Indigenous or a person of color.
  • Have a disability.
  • Are multilingual.
  • Are an immigrant or refugee.

How can I get involved?

Fill out our survey, which will help us learn about you and how you use transit. It should take 5 to 10 minutes to complete. If you qualify for panel research, we’ll be in touch with more information!

What else should I know?

If you’re selected to join the panel, you’ll receive gift cards totaling up to $200 per year. You can also receive additional gift cards if you take part in additional research throughout the year.

We hope you’ll consider joining us as we work to develop vital transportation resources in King County. Your feedback will help Metro assure public transit meets all King County residents’ needs!
