Break out those jerseys and get ready to bring the noise!
The 2023 edition of the Seattle Seahawks are ready to hit the field, with their first home game on Sunday, Sept. 10. This season’s home schedule includes the first-ever Thanksgiving night game held at Lumen Field!
This season, save your energy to rattle the Rams, Panthers, Cardinals, Eagles and the dreaded Forty-Niners. Leave it to Metro to get you to and from the game: it’s as easy as a completion from Geno to Tyler!
Riding to Lumen:
We’ve got a page that is your one-stop shop on taking transit to Lumen.
If you’re coming from south King County or North Seattle, Link Light Rail is an awesome connection to Lumen. Metro has routes that will connect you to the light rail stops along the 1 Line.
Coming over from the Eastside? In partnership with Sound Transit, there are three routes that will provide additional post-game service to the Eastside.
If you’re coming from West Seattle, you can “Seize the Game” by riding the King County Water Taxi from West Seattle to downtown and walk, roll or scoot from Pier 50 to the stadium. How much does it cost to travel by Water Taxi? Adult fare is $5.75 one way ($5 with an ORCA card), with the bus ride back costing $2.75.
Getting home after the game? Remember, Water Taxi service ends at 7 p.m., but you can stroll to Alaskan Way S. at S. Jackson St. and catch a bus back to West Seattle, with RapidRide (the C and H Lines) moving you faster than DK Metcalf!
How to pay:
You don’t want to miss seeing the “12 Flag” raised, so be sure to use your ORCA Card to help board quickly. Don’t have an ORCA Card yet? Download the TransitGoTicket App on your mobile device for express boarding.
Be TRUE TO THE BLUE and remember that Metro will help ensure you don’t get a “delay of game.” We look forward to having you on board!!
