Metro Weekend Update – January 24-26, 2025
Weekend Service Impacts
- Route 3 will have stop #13030 E Cherry Street & 25th Avenue (Eastbound) closed from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, January 25 due to construction;
- Routes 3 and 4 will have stop #12805 E Jefferson Street & 18th Avenue (Westbound) relocated from Saturday, January 25 to Sunday, January 26, daily, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., due to construction;
- Route 7 to Rainier Beach is rerouted off Virginia Street, 7th Avenue and Stewart Street on Saturday, January 25 between 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. due to construction;
- Route 21 will have stop #15201 1st Avenue S & S Atlantic Street (Southbound)relocated Sunday, January 26 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. due to construction;
- Routes ST 550 and ST 554 will be rerouted off I-90 west of Mercer Island from Friday, January 24 at 10 p.m. to Saturday, January 25 at 6 a.m. due to a road closure;

Service Reminders
- Take transit to all your sporting events in Seattle. Metro and Link light rail serves riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena;
- The Kraken will play on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Climate Pledge Arena;
- Water Taxi will continue a year-round midday sailing schedule;
- The fall and winter sailing schedule began on October 12th. Find the sailing schedule on the Water Taxi’s Captain’s Blog;
- Seattle Center Monorail will operate normal hours this weekend. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
- Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
