Metro Weekend Update – March 28-30, 2025

Weekend Service Impacts

  • Routes 181, 182, 183, 187, and RapidRide A Line will continue serving the Federal Way TC through Saturday, March 29. The transition to Federal Way Downtown Station will start Sunday, March 30;
  • Routes 7 and 106 will have stop #8620 Rainier Avenue S & S State Street (Southbound) and stop #8460 Rainier Avenue S & S Grand Street (Northbound) closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 29 due to construction;
  • Routes 36 and 60 will have stop #3700 12th Avenue S & S Jackson Street (Southbound) closed on Saturday, March 29 and Sunday, March 30 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day due to construction;
  • Routes 36 and 60 will have stop #3570 12th Avenue S & S Judkins Street (Northbound) closed on Saturday, March 29 and Sunday, March 30, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., daily, due to construction;
  • ST 545 to Downtown Seattle will be rerouted off 5th Avenue between Stewart Street and Pike Street from Saturday, March 29 at 6 a.m. to Sunday, March 30 at 8 p.m. due to construction;

Service Reminders

  • Take transit to all your sporting and community events in Seattle. Metro and Link light rail serve riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena;
    • The Kraken will play on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the Climate Pledge Arena;
    • The Seattle Mariners have their first games of the season Friday and Saturday at 6:40 p.m. and on Sunday at 1:10 p.m. at T-Mobile Park;
  • Water Taxi will continue a year-round midday sailing schedule; 
  • Seattle Center Monorail will operate normal schedule Friday and Sunday and from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
  • Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
  • Remember, it’s free and easy to sign up for email or text alerts about King County Metro service. Alerts can be tailored to your favorite route(s).
