Weekend Service Impacts

Construction

  • Routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 13, 14, 21, 24, 27, 28, 33, 36, 40, 49, 62, 70, 101, 124, 131, 132, 150, RapidRide C, D, E, and H Lines will have some stops closed in downtown Seattle Friday, August 22 at 7 p.m. to Saturday, August 23 at 5 p.m. due to a road closure on 3rd Avenue between Stewart Street & Pine Street;
  • RapidRide A Line will have stop #60800 Pacific Hwy S & Kent Des Moines Road (northbound) closed from Saturday, August 23 at 11 p.m. to Sunday, August 24 at 7 a.m.;
  • Route 4 will have stop #4230 5th Avenue N & Republican Street (northbound) closed from Saturday, August 23 at 5 a.m. to Sunday, August 24 at 5 p.m.;
  • Route 49 will be rerouted off 10th Avenue E between E Boston Street and Fuhrman Avenue E from Friday, August 22 at 11 p.m. to Monday, August 25 at 5 a.m.;
  • Routes 345 and 365 will be rerouted near Haller Lake from Saturday, August 23 at 5 a.m. to Monday, August 25 at 5 a.m.;

Events

  • Routes 128 and 132 will be rerouted off S 120th Street between 20th Avenue S and Des Moines Memorial Dr S from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, August 23 for Boulevard Park Block Party;
  • Route 128 is rerouted off California Avenue SW between SW Admiral Way and SW College Street Saturday, August 23 until 11:59 midnight for Admiral Junction Funktion;
  • Route 775 will have stop #32371 California Avenue SW & SW College Street (Southbound) and stop #15540 SW Admiral Way & California Avenue SW (Westbound) closed through Saturday, August 23 due to the Admiral Block Party;
  • Route 208 is rerouted off Railroad Avenue SE between SE Newton Street and SE Fir Street from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 23 for Snoqualmie Days;
  • Valley Shuttle is rerouted in off Railroad Avenue (HWY 202) between SE Newton Street and SE Fir Street on Saturday, August 23 for Snoqualmie Days;

Service Reminders

  • Take transit to all your sporting and community events in Seattle. Metro and Link light rail serve riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky StadiumLumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena;
    • Seattle Mariners have games at 7:10 p.m. on Friday, 6:40 p.m. on Saturday, and 1:10 p.m. on Sunday at T-Mobile Park;

    • Seattle Sounders will have a match at 6 p.m. on Sunday at Lumen Field;
  • Water Taxi started the new summer sailing schedule on Saturday, April 12 with the return of late-night weekend service to West Seattle;
  • Seattle Center Monorail will operate 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
  • Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
  • Remember, it’s free and easy to sign up for email or text alerts about King County Metro service. Alerts can be tailored to your favorite route(s).
