Weekend Service Impacts

Construction

  • Routes 5, 28, and RapidRide E Line will have stop #6236 7th Avenue N & Denny Way (northbound) closed from Saturday, September 13 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, September 14 at 4 p.m.;
  • Route 4 will have stop #4230 5th Avenue N & Republican Street (northbound) closed from Saturday, September 13 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, September 14 at 5 p.m.;
  • Route 62 will be rerouted off 7th Avenue between Denny Way and Lenora Street from Saturday, September 13 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, September 14 at 4 p.m.;
  • Routes 345 and 365 will be rerouted near Haller Lake from Saturday, September 13 at 5 a.m. to Sunday, September 14 at 7 p.m.;
  • Route ST 554 will be rerouted off of I90 between Seattle and Mercer Island from Friday, September 12 at 10 p.m. to Saturday, September 13 at 6 a.m.;
  • South Lake Union Streetcar service will be suspended on Sunday, September 14;

Events

  • Route 2 to W Queen Anne will be rerouted off E Union Street and Seneca Street between E Madison Street and Boren Avenue on Saturday, September 13 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the On The Block event;
  • Routes 60 and 132 will be rerouted in the South Park area on Saturday, September 13 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. during the Sea Mar Fiestas Patrias Parade;

Service Reminders

  • Take transit to all your sporting and community events in Seattle. Metro and Link light rail serve riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky StadiumLumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena;
    • Seattle Mariners have games at 7:10 p.m. on Friday, 6:40 p.m. on Saturday, and 1:10 p.m. on Sunday at T-Mobile Park;

    • Seattle Sounders will have a match at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday at Lumen Field;
    • Seattle Reign will have a match at 5 p.m. on Sunday at Lumen Field;
  • Water Taxi is operating on the summer sailing schedule including the return of late-night weekend service to West Seattle;
  • Seattle Center Monorail will operate 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, and 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
  • Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
  • Remember, it’s free and easy to sign up for email or text alerts about King County Metro service. Alerts can be tailored to your favorite route(s).
