Metro Weekend Update – October 17-19, 2025
Weekend Service Impacts
- Routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 13, 14, 21, 24, 27, 28, 33, 40, 62, 124, 131, 132, and RapidRide D, E, and H Line will be affected by the closure of 3rd Avenue & Virginia Street from Friday, October 17 at 7 p.m. to Saturday, October 18 at 9 a.m. and from Saturday, October 18 at 7 p.m. to Mon October 20 at 5 a.m. for construction;
- Routes 31, 32, and 62 will have temporary stop #26860 Fremont Avenue N & N 34th Street (northbound) closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 18 due to construction;
- Route 45 is rerouted off 15th Avenue NE between NE 50th Street and Cowen Place NE from Saturday, October 18 at 7 a.m. through Sunday, October 19;
- Route 48 will be rerouted off of University Way NE between NE 52nd Street & NE 50th Street on Sunday, October 19 until 5 p.m. due to construction;

Service Reminders
- Take transit to all your sporting and community events in Seattle. Metro and Link light rail serve riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena;

Seattle Mariners have a game at 3:08 p.m. on Friday at T-Mobile Park;
- Reign FC will have a match at 7 p.m. on Friday at Lumen Field;

- Water Taxi is operating on the winter sailing schedule as of Saturday, October 11;
- Seattle Center Monorail will operate 7:30 a.m. to midnight on Friday, 8:30 a.m. to midnight on Saturday, and 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
- Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
