Metro Weekend Update – November 26-30, 2025
Weekend Service Impacts
- Routes 3, 10, 11, 12, and 49 will be rerouted during testing for The Seattle Tree Lighting & Fireworks from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26;
- Routes 3, 10, 11, 12, and 49 will be rerouted during The Seattle Tree Lighting & Fireworks event from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, November 28;
- Routes 101, 102, 150, 212, 218, ST 545, and ST 554 will be rerouted, in the downtown Seattle area, during The Seattle Tree Lighting & Fireworks event from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Friday, November 28;
- Routes 271 and ST 554 will be rerouted during the Issaquah Turkey Trot from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 27;
- Route ST 542 will be affected in the Montlake area on Saturday, November 29 from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the Husky football game;

Service Reminders
- Take transit to all your sporting and community events in Seattle. Metro and Link light rail serve riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena;
- The Seattle Torrent will play at 1 p.m. on Friday at the Climate Pledge Arena;
- UW Huskies play at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday at Husky Stadium;
- The Seattle Kraken will play at the Climate Pledge Arena at 1 p.m. on Saturday;
- The Seahawks will play at Lumen Field at 1:05 p.m. on Sunday;
- Water Taxi is operating on the winter sailing schedule as of Saturday, October 11;
- West Seattle & Vashon routes will not operate on Thursday November 27th. Regular service resumes Friday November 28th;
- Seattle Center Monorail will operate 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, and 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
- Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
- Remember, it’s free and easy to sign up for email or text alerts about King County Metro service. Alerts can be tailored to your favorite route(s).
