Metro Weekend Update – February 6 – 8, 2026
Weekend Service Impacts
- Route 2 will have stop #3330 Madrona Dr & Newport Way (southbound) closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, February 7 due to construction;
- Routes 7 and 9 will have stop #8890 Rainier Avenue S & S Holly Street (southbound) closed Saturday, February 7 to Sunday, February 8 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily due to construction;
- Routes 10, 12, and 49 will have stop #11080 E Pine Street & Broadway (westbound) closed from Saturday, February 7 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, February 8 at 7 p.m. due to construction;
- Routes 60 and 113 will have stop #21150 Olson Place SW & 3rd Avenue SW (southbound) relocated Friday, February 6 to Mon Feb 9 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily due to construction;

Service Reminders
- Take transit to all your sporting and community events in Seattle. Metro and Link light rail serve riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena;
- Water Taxi is operating on the winter sailing schedule as of Saturday, October 11;
- Seattle Center Monorail will operate 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, and 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
- Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
- Remember, it’s free and easy to sign up for email or text alerts about King County Metro service. Alerts can be tailored to your favorite route(s).

Can we get more articulated buses on Route 102? It gets crowded especially in the afternoons. 40 foot buses are already bad, but sending 35 foot buses sometimes are a spit on the face.
