Metro Weekend Update – March 13-15, 2026
Weekend Service Impacts
- Routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 13, 14, 24, 27, 28, 33, 40, 56, 62, 124, 131, 132, RapidRide C, D, E, and H Line will be affected by the closure of 3rd Avenue & Virginia Street from Saturday, March 14 at 6 a.m. to Sunday, March 15 at 7 p.m. due to construction;
- Routes 125, RapidRide C and H Line will be rerouted from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 14 during the St Patrick’s Day Parade;
- Routes 4, 5, 8, 28, 40, 62, ST 554, and RapidRide C and E Line will be rerouted from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Sunday, March 15 during the St Patrick’s Day Dash;
- Routes 45, 67, 75, and 372 are rerouted from Saturday, March 14 through Sunday, March 15 due to the Cherry Blossom Festival;
- Routes 230, 231, 239, 245, and 255 will be rerouted from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 14 during the Kirkland Shamrock Run;
- Route ST 522 is rerouted from Friday, March 13 at 9 p.m. to Monday, March 16 at 4 a.m. due to construction at the SR-522 & I-405 interchange;

Service Reminders
- Take transit to all your sporting and community events in Seattle. Metro and Link light rail serve riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena;
- The Seattle Kraken will play at the Climate Pledge Arena at 5 p.m. on Sunday;
- Water Taxi is operating on the winter sailing schedule as of Saturday, October 11;
- Seattle Center Monorail will operate 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Saturday, and 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
- Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
