Metro Weekend Update – June 5-7, 2026
Weekend Service Impacts
- Route 2 is rerouted off E Union Street & Seneca Street between 14th Avenue & Boren Avenue Saturday, June 6 to Sunday, June 7 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily due to construction;
- Routes 62 and 75 are rerouted off Sand Point Way NE between NE 65th Street and NE 70th Street from Saturday, June 6 at 5 a.m. to Sunday, June 7 at 7 p.m. due to construction;
- Route 67 and ST 522 will be rerouted off a portion of 12th Avenue NE between NE 65th Street and NE 75th Street on Saturday, June 6 due to the Roosevelt High School Neighborhood Parade;

Service Reminders
- Take transit to all your sporting and community events in Seattle. Metro and Link light rail serve riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena;
- The SEA26 Soccer page is available with information all about how to get to world soccer games this summer;
- Water Taxi began operating on the summer sailing schedule as of Saturday, April 11;
- Seattle Center Monorail will operate 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, and 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
- Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
- Remember, it’s free and easy to sign up for email or text alerts about King County Metro service. Alerts can be tailored to your favorite route(s).
