Metro Weekend Update – August 1-2, 2026
Weekend Service Impacts
- RapidRide D Line will have stop #13721 15th Avenue NW & NW Market Street (southbound) closed from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, August 1 due to construction;
- RapidRide D Line will have stop #13660 15th Avenue NW & NW 70th Street (southbound) relocated from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 1 due to construction;
- Route 1 will be rerouted off Mercer Street between 1st Avenue N and 2nd Avenue W from Saturday, August 1 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, August 2 at 5 p.m. due to construction;
- Route 2 will have stop #2970 E Union Street & 27th Avenue (westbound) closed from Saturday, August 1 at 8 a.m. to Sunday, August 2 at 5 p.m. due to construction;
- Routes 3, 10, 11, 12, and 49 will have stop #11133 Pike Street & Minor Avenue (eastbound) closed from Saturday, August 1 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, August 2 at 5 p.m. due to construction;
- Routes 4 and 13 will have stop #41350 W McGraw Street & 3rd Avenue W (westbound) closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 1 due to construction;
- Route 7 will be rerouted in the Rainier Beach Area Saturday, August 1 to Sunday, August 2 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. due to construction;
- Routes 3, 4, 8, 14, 27, and 48 will be rerouted in the Cherry Hill area from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 1 due to the Umoja Fest Parade;
- Route 21 will be affected in both directions after all Mariners home games; stops on portions of 1st Avenue S will not be served; use alternate stops on 4th Avenue S instead;
- Route 24 and 31 will be rerouted in Magnolia from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 1 due to the Magnolia Summerfest Parade;
- Routes 31 and 32 will be rerouted off NE 42nd Street between 7th Avenue NE & Roosevelt Way NE from Saturday, August 1 at 4:30 AM to Monday, August 3 at 6 a.m. due to construction;
- Route 65 will be rerouted off Roosevelt Way NE between NE 43rd Street and NE Campus Parkway from Saturday, August 1 at 4:30 AM to Mon Aug 3 at 6 a.m. due to construction;
- Routes 36 and 60 will have stop #3735 14th Avenue S & Golf Dr S (southbound) closed from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 1 due to construction;
- Routes 36 and 60 will have stop #3580 S Charles Street & Golf Dr S (eastbound) closed from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, August 1 due to construction;
- Routes 44, 49, 70 and 372 will be rerouted in the University District from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, August 1 during the Seattle Boba Fest;
- Route 45 will have stop #19210 NW 85th Street & Earl Avenue NW (eastbound) relocated from Saturday, August 1 at 8 a.m. to Sunday, August 2 at 6 p.m. due to construction;
- Routes 61, 65, 75, 372, and ST 522 will be rerouted from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, August 1 during the Lake City Summer Festival & Parade;
- Route 183 will have stop #80454 28th Avenue S & S 312th Street (southbound) relocated from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 1 due to construction;
- Routes 208 and 271 will be rerouted off Front Street N from Saturday, August 1 to Sunday, August 2 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the Front Street Eatery;

Service Reminders
- Take transit to all your sporting and community events in Seattle. Metro and Link light rail serve riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena;
- The Mariners will play Friday at 7:10 p.m., Saturday at 1:10 p.m. and on Sunday at 1:10 p.m. at T-Mobile Park;
- Ed Sheeran concert is at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday at Lumen Field;
- Water Taxi began operating on the summer sailing schedule as of Saturday, April 11;
- Seattle Center Monorail will operate 7:30 a.m. to 11:15 p.m. on Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, and 8:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Sunday. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
- Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
