Metro Weekend Update – August 7-9, 2026
Weekend Service Impacts
- RapidRide D Line will have stop #13660 15th Avenue NW & NW 70th Street (southbound) relocated from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 8 due to construction;
- Route 1 will be rerouted off Mercer Street between 1st Avenue N and 2nd Avenue W from Saturday, August 8 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, August 9 at 5 p.m. due to construction;
- Route 3 will have stop #12690 34th Avenue & E Union Street (southbound) closed from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, August 8 due to construction;
- Routes 4 and 13 will have stop #41350 W McGraw Street & 3rd Avenue W (westbound) closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 8 due to construction;
- Route 7 will be rerouted in the Rainier Beach Area from Sat July 18 to Sunday, August 9 every Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. due to construction;
- Route 21 will be affected in both directions after all Mariners home games; stops on portions of 1st Avenue S will not be served; use alternate stops on 4th Avenue S instead;
- Routes 31 and 32 are rerouted off NE 42nd Street between 7th Avenue NE and 11th Avenue NE from Saturday, August 8 at 4:30 AM to Monday, August 10 at 6 a.m. due to construction;
- Route 65 to Shoreline South 148th Station is rerouted off Roosevelt Way NE between NE 43rd Street and NE Campus Parkway from Saturday, August 8 at 4:30 AM to Monday, August 10 at 6 a.m. due to construction;
- Routes 208 and 271 will be rerouted off Front Street N from Saturday, August 8 to Sunday, August 9 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. during the Front Street Eatery;
- Route 231 is rerouted from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, August 8 during Celebrate Woodinville Parade;
- Routes 239 and 250 will be rerouted off a portion of NE 85th Street between 6th Street and 120th Avenue NE from Friday, August 7 at 11 p.m. to Monday, August 10 at 5 a.m. due to construction;
- Routes 255, ST 542, and ST 545 will have stop #71355 SR 520 & Evergreen Point Road (westbound) closed from Friday, August 7 at 9 p.m. to Saturday, August 8 at 4 a.m. due to construction;
- Route 348 is rerouted off NE 185th Street between Corliss Avenue N and 3rd Avenue NE from Saturday, August 8 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, August 9 at 10 p.m. due to a road closure;

Service Reminders
- Take transit to all your sporting and community events in Seattle. Metro and Link light rail serve riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena;
- The Mariners will play Friday at 6:45 p.m., Saturday at 6:50 p.m. and on Sunday at 1:10 p.m. at T-Mobile Park;
- Sounders will have a match at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday at Lumen Field;
- Seattle Reign will have a match at 6 p.m. on Sunday at Lumen Field;
- Water Taxi began operating on the summer sailing schedule as of Saturday, April 11;
- Seattle Center Monorail will operate 7:30 a.m. to 12:15 a.m. on Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, and 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
- Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
