Metro Weekend Update – August 28-30, 2026
Weekend Service Impacts
- Route 1 will have stop #2030 10th Avenue W & W Halladay Street (southbound) relocated from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 29 due to construction;
- Routes 3 and 4 will have stop #12820 E Jefferson Street & 15th Avenue (westbound) and stop #12960 E Jefferson Street & 14th Avenue (eastbound) closed from Saturday, August 29 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, August 30 at 6 p.m. due to construction;
- Routes 31 and 32 will be rerouted off NE 42nd Street between 7th Avenue NE & Roosevelt Way NE from Saturday, August 29 at 4:30 AM to Monday, August 31 at 6 a.m. due to construction;
- Route 65 to Shoreline South 148th Station will be rerouted off Roosevelt Way NE between NE 43rd Street and NE Campus Parkway from Saturday, August 29 at 4:30 AM to Monday, August 31 at 6 a.m. due to construction;
- Route 70 will have stop #10305 Fairview Avenue N & Harrison Street (northbound) and stop #10225 Fairview Avenue N & Thomas Street (southbound) were relocated from Saturday, August 29 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, August 30 at 12 p.m. due to construction;
- Route ST 556 will be rerouted off Front Street N between NE Gilman Boulevard & SE Bush Street from Saturday, August 29 at 8 a.m. to Sunday, August 30 at 10 p.m. during Front Street Eatery;

Service Reminders
- Take transit to all your sporting and community events in Seattle. Metro and Link light rail serve riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena;
- Seattle Sounders will have a match at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday at Lumen Field;
- Seattle Reign will have their opening match at 4 p.m. on Sunday at Lumen Field;
- The Seattle Storm will play at the Climate Pledge Arena at 2 p.m. on Sunday;
- Water Taxi began operating on the summer sailing schedule as of Saturday, April 11;
- Seattle Center Monorail will operate 7:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, and 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
- Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
