Metro Weekend Update – October 2-4, 2026
Weekend Service Impacts
- RapidRide D Line will have stop #14230 15th Avenue NW & NW Market Street (northbound) relocated from Saturday, October 3 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, October 4 at 5 p.m. due to construction;
- Routes 8 and 11 will be rerouted off E John Street between 12th Avenue E & Broadway E from Saturday, October 3 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, October 4 at 5 p.m. due to construction;
- Routes 36 and 60 will have stop #3570 12th Avenue S & S Judkins Street (northbound) closed from Saturday, October 3 at 8 a.m. to Sunday, October 4 at 8 p.m. due to construction;
- Route 43 will be rerouted off a portion of E John Street and Broadway E between 12th Avenue E & E Pine Street from Saturday, October 3 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, October 4 at 5 p.m. due to construction;
- Routes 44, 45, 49, 70, 72, and 77 will be rerouted in the U-District area from 5 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, October 3 due to the U-District Chow Down & Street Party;
- Route 44 will have stop #29215 NW Market Street & 15th Avenue NW (eastbound) relocated from Saturday, October 3 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, October 4 at 5 p.m. due to construction;
- Route 50 to Othello Station will be rerouted off S Columbian Way between 14th Avenue S & 15th Avenue S from Friday, October 2 at 9 p.m. to Saturday, October 3 at 5 a.m. due to construction;
- Route 77 will be rerouted off NE 125th Street between Lake City Way NE & 27th Avenue NE from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 3 due to the Lake City Farmer’s Market;
- Route 153 to Renton is rerouted off S 180th Street and a portion of Lind Avenue SW between E Valley Hwy and SW 41St Street due to construction;
- Routes 239 and 250 will be rerouted in both directions off NE 85th Street between 6th Street and 120th Avenue NE from Friday, October 2 at 10 p.m. to Monday, October 5 at 5 a.m. due to construction;
- Route 239 will have stop #82700 I-405 & Juanita Woodinville Way NE (southbound) closed from Friday, October 2 to Sunday, October 4 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. nightly due to construction;
- Route ST 556 will be rerouted in both directions in the Issaquah Olde Town area from Saturday, October 3 to Sunday, October 4 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily due to the Issaquah Salmon Days;

Service Reminders
- Take transit to all your sporting and community events in Seattle. Metro and Link light rail serve riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena;
- Seattle Reign have a match at 7 p.m. on Friday at Lumen Field;
- The Seahawks will play on Sunday at 1:25 p.m. at Lumen Field;
- The Seattle Kraken will play at the Climate Pledge Arena at 5 p.m. on Sunday;
- Water Taxi is operating on the summer sailing schedule as of Saturday, April 11;
- New fall and winter schedules will start on Saturday, October 10;
- Seattle Center Monorail will operate 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. on Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
- Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
