Weekend Service Impacts for April 15-17
Weekend Construction RerouteST Route 545Transit service will be rerouted off a portion of Olive Way in downtown Seattle from Friday, May 6 at 7 p.m. to Sunday, May 8 and 10 p.m.
Temporary Construction RerouteRoutes 240 and 271Transit service will be affected by closures  in downtown Bellevue on Friday, May 6 at 11 p.m. to Saturday, May 7 at 11 p.m.
Weekend Construction RerouteRoutes 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 13, 14, 21, 24, 27, 28, 33, 36, 43, 49, 62, 70, 120, 124, 125, 131, 132, and RapidRide C, D & E LinesTransit service will be affected by the closure of 3rd Avenue between Spring St and Madison St. from start of service Saturday, May 7 to end of service on Sunday, May 8.
Event RerouteRoutes 43, 48, 255, 271, and ST 542Transit service will be affected in the Montlake area during the Opening Day of Boating Season on Saturday, May 7 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Long-term Bus Stop Service RevisionRoutes 255, 257, 268, 311, 982, and 986The SR 520 Evergreen and Yarrow Point Freeway Station platform stops have limited accessibility for ramp or lift deployment.

Service Reminders

  • West Seattle Water Taxi and #773 and #775 shuttles are operating on the summer schedule, offering midday crossings 7 days a week, plus late options Fridays and Saturdays;
  • Seattle Center Monorail will operate extended hours on Friday, May 6, from 7:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
  • We recommend customers arrive at their bus stop a few minutes before the scheduled departure time of their trip;
  • Remember, it’s free and easy to sign up for email or text alerts about King County Metro service. Alerts can be tailored to your favorite route(s).
