Weekend Service Impacts for June 24-26
Event RerouteRoute 2Transit service will be rerouted during the Union Pride Block Party from the start of service on Friday, June 24 to the end of service on Sunday, June 26.
Event RerouteRoute 49 and 60Transit service will be rerouted during PrideFest in Capitol Hill on Saturday, June 25 from 5 a.m. to midnight.
Event RerouteRoute 5Transit service will be rerouted in both directions during the Greenwood Classic Car Show on Saturday, June 25 from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Event Reroute Routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 24, 33, 40, 49, 62, 70, 101, 150, RapidRides C and D Lines, ST 545, ST 550, ST 554, and Trailhead Direct routingTransit service will be rerouted during the Seattle Pride Parade on Sunday, June 26 for varied times from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Service Reminders

  • Take transit to various Pride events starting Friday, June 24th through Sunday, June 26th. Visit Metro’s online regional Puget Sound Trip Planner to plan your trip;
  • Seattle Pride Parade is scheduled from 11am to 330pm on Sunday, June 26. Expect delays in the downtown Seattle area and closures on 4 Ave from Washington St to Denny Wy.;
  • PrideFest Capitol Hill is scheduled from 6am to midnight on Saturday, June 25. Expect delays in the Capitol Hill area and closures on Broadway between John St and Roy St.;
  • Capital Hill Pride March and Rally is scheduled from 10am to 8pm on Sunday, June 26. Expect delays and closures in the areas surrounding Cal Anderson Park;
  • Seattle Sounders vs. Sporting Kansas City match is scheduled to begin at 12 noon at Lumen Field. Expect delays in the SODO area;
  • The Greenwood Car Show is scheduled from 6am to 6pm on Saturday, June 25. Expect delays in the Greenwood area and closures on Greenwood Ave N between N 67 St and N 90 St.;
  • We recommend customers arrive at their bus stop a few minutes before the scheduled departure time of their trip;
  • Remember, it’s free and easy to sign up for email or text alerts about King County Metro service. Alerts can be tailored to your favorite route(s).
