Weekend Construction RerouteRoutes 255, 271, ST 542, and ST 545Transit service will be rerouted in both directions off the SR 520 bridge from 11 p.m. on Friday, February 24 to end of service Sunday, February 26.
Temporary Construction RerouteRoutes 5, 28 and RapidRide E LineTransit service is rerouted due to the closure of northbound 7th Ave N between Denny Way and Harrison St on Saturday, February 25 from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Temporary Construction RerouteRoute 40Transit service to Northgate will be rerouted off NW Market St in Ballard on Saturday, February 25 from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Temporary Construction RerouteRoute 62Transit service is rerouted in both directions off of Dexter Ave N between Mercer St and Roy St. on Saturday, February 25 and Sunday, February 26 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
Temporary Construction RerouteRoute RapidRide F LineTransit service to Burien is rerouted off of S 154th St between 32nd Ave S and Int'l Blvd on Saturday, February 25 and Sunday, February 26 from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.
Weekend Construction RerouteRoute ST 545Transit service will be rerouted off 5th Ave between Stewart St and University St on Saturday, February 25 at 8 a.m. to Sunday, February 26 at 5 p.m.

Service Reminders

  • Take transit to all your sporting events in Seattle this weekend. Metro and Link Light Rail serves riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field and Climate Pledge Arena;
    • The Seattle Kraken will have a match at the Climate Pledge Arena at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 26;
  • Seattle Center Monorail will operate on the normal schedule this weekend. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
  • Water Taxi continues its seven-day-a-week service throughout the winter. The seven-day-a-week service will run from approximately 6 a.m. weekdays (8:30 a.m. weekends) to 7 p.m.;
    • Please be aware that during our winter sailing season, King Tides or high winds could create conditions that impact schedules. It may be necessary to reduce speed to protect the vessel on the Vashon route. More information;
  • We recommend riders arrive at their bus stop a few minutes before the scheduled departure time of their trip;
  • Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
  • Remember, it’s free and easy to sign up for email or text alerts about King County Metro service. Alerts can be tailored to your favorite route(s).
