Weekend Service Impacts

  • Temporary reroute for Route 2; Transit service will be rerouted in the Capitol Hill area from Thursday, August 3 at 7 p.m. to Saturday, August 5 at 6 a.m. due to construction.
  • Temporary events reroute for Routes 2, 3, 4, 8, 14, 27, 48; Transit service will be rerouted in the Central District area during the Umoja Fest Parade from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, August 5.
  • Temporary events reroute for Routes 20 and 372; Transit service will be rerouted from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, August 5 during the Lake City Summer Festival & Parade.
  • Temporary reroute for Routes 20, 49, 70 and 255; Transit service in the U District will be rerouted off of NE Campus Parkway from Saturday, August 5 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, August 6 at 8 p.m. due to construction.
  • Temporary events reroute for Routes 24 and 31; Transit service will be rerouted during the Magnolia Summerfest Parade from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 5.
  • Temporary construction reroute for Routes 36 and 50; Transit service will be affected by the closure of S Myrtle Street at 38th Avenue S from Saturday, August 5 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, August 6 at 8 p.m. due to construction.
  • Temporary events reroute for Route 27; Transit service will be affected in both directions from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, August 6 during the Seafair Hydroplane races and Blue Angels events.
  • Temporary events reroute for Routes 20, 65, 75, 372, ST 522; Transit service will be rerouted in the Lake City area from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, August 5 during the Lake City Summer Festival & Parade.
  • Temporary reroute for Route 65; Transit service will be rerouted off a portion of NE Campus Parkway from Saturday, August 5 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, August 6 at 8 p.m. due to construction.
  • Temporary reroute for Routes 49 and 70; Transit service heading toward the U District will be rerouted off of NE Campus Parkway from Saturday, August 5 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, August 6 at 8 p.m. due to construction.
  • Temporary reroute for Routes 118 and 119; Transit service will be rerouted off Vashon Hwy SW between SW 178 Street and SW Cove Road during the Vashon First Friday event from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Friday, August 4.
  • Temporary reroute for Route 255; Transit service will be rerouted off of NE Campus Parkway and a portion of 15th Avenue NE from Saturday, August 5 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, August 6 at 8 p.m. due to construction.
  • Temporary stop closure for Routes 73, 347, and 348; Stop #39310 15th Avenue NE & NE 140th Street (Northbound) closed Monday, August 7 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. due to construction.
  • Temporary stop closure for Route 2; Stop #3210 E Union Street & 23rd Avenue (Eastbound) closed from Saturday, August 5 at 7 a.m. to Sunday, August 6 at 8 p.m. due to construction.
  • Temporary stop relocation for Route 50; Stop #22009 Delridge Way SW & SW Genesee Street (Southbound) relocated from Thursday, August 3 to Sunday, August 13 every Thursday at 8 a.m. through Sunday 5 p.m. for two consecutive weeks due to street repair work.
  • Temporary stop closure for Routes 12, and 60 Trailhead Direct Mt. Si; Stop #13292 Madison Street & Summit Avenue (Eastbound) closed due to construction until further notice.

Service Reminders

  • Take transit to all your events in Seattle this weekend. Metro and Link Light Rail serves riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field and Climate Pledge Arena;
  • West Seattle Water Taxi is operating on summer schedule. Weekday service runs from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., weekend service from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and additional late night runs on Fridays and Saturdays until 11 p.m.;
    • Vashon Water Taxi schedule here;
  • Seattle Center Monorail will operate normal hours this weekend from 8:30 a.m. – 11 p.m. except for Sunday when the monorail will run until midnight. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
  • Get out into nature this weekend and take our Trailhead Direct service to Mt. Si, Little Si and Mt. Tenriffe;
    • Temporary stop closure for Stop #13292 Madison Street & Summit Avenue (Eastbound) closed due to construction until further notice.
  • Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
