Weekend Service Impacts

  • Temporary reroutes for RapidRide H Line; Transit service will be rerouted in both directions off of 3rd Avenue between Seneca Street and Marion Street from Saturday, August 12 at 8:00 AM to Sunday, August 13 at 4:00 PM due to construction.
  • Temporary reroutes for Routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 12, 13, 14, 36, 40, 49, 62, 70, 125, RapidRide C, D, and E lines; Transit service will be affected by the closure of 3rd Avenue at Madison Street from Saturday, August 12 at 8:00 AM to Sunday, August 13 at 4:00 PM due to construction.
  • Temporary reroutes for Routes 5, 21, 24, 27, 28, 33, 124, 131 and 132; Transit service will be rerouted in both directions off of 3rd Avenue between Seneca Street and Marion Street from Saturday, August 12 at 8:00 AM to Sunday, August 13 at 4:00 PM due to construction.
  • Temporary reroutes for Route 28; Transit service will be rerouted in both directions off of NW 125th Street, 8th Avenue NW and NW 132nd Street on Friday, August 11.
  • Temporary reroutes for Route 31; Transit service to University District will be rerouted during the Magnolia Village Car Show on Sunday, August 13 until 5:00 PM.
  • Temporary reroutes for Routes 20, 44, 48, 65, 255, 271, and ST 542; Transit service will be affected during the closure of a portion of 15th Avenue NE in the U District from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday, August 12 due to construction.
  • Temporary reroutes for Routes 20, 49, 65, 70, and 255; Transit service heading toward the U District will be rerouted off of NE Campus Parkway from Saturday, August 12 at 7:00 AM to Sunday, August 13 at 8:00 PM due to construction.
  • Temporary reroutes for Route 106; Transit service to Renton is currently rerouted off of MLK Jr Way S between S Alaska Street and S Graham Street due to an emergency response.
  • Temporary reroutes for Routes 226, 240, 241, 246, 249, 250, 271, 342, ST 550, ST 556, ST 566 and RapidRide B Line; Transit service will be rerouted in both directions and will not serve the Bellevue Transit Center from Thursday, August 10 at 5:00 AM to Monday, August 14 at 5:00 AM due to construction.
  • Temporary reroutes for Route 231; Transit service will be rerouted in downtown Woodinville from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday, August 12 during the Celebrate Woodinville parade.
  • Temporary reroutes for Routes 255, ST 542, ST 545; Transit service will be rerouted in both directions off of the SR 520 bridge from Friday, August 11 at 11:00 PM through Sunday, August 13 due to construction.
  • Temporary stop relocation for Route 345; Stop #43130 N 130th Street & Ashworth Avenue N (Eastbound) relocated Sat Aug 12 and Sun Aug 13 from 8:00AM – 5:00 PM each day due to construction.
  • Temporary stop relocation for Route 249; Stop #82720 Main Street & 106th Avenue SE (Eastbound) relocated Thu Aug 10 through Mon Aug 14 at 5:00 AM due to construction at the Bellevue Transit Center.
  • Temporary stop relocation for Route 249; Stop #69012 NE 10th Street & 108th Avenue NE (Eastbound) relocated Thu Aug 10 through Mon Aug 14 at 5:00 AM due to construction at the Bellevue Transit Center.
  • Temporary stop closure for Routes 1, 2, 8, 13, and 32; Stop #2180 Queen Anne Avenue N & W Harrison Street (Southbound) closed Sat Aug 12 & Sun Aug 13 from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily.
  • Temporary stop closure for Route 2; Stop #3210 E Union Street & 23rd Avenue (Eastbound) closed Sat Aug 12 at 7:00 AM through Sun Aug 13 at 8:00 PM due to construction.
  • Temporary stop relocation for Routes 8 and 43; Stop #29276 E John Street & 22nd Avenue E (Eastbound) relocated Sat Aug 12 from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM due to construction.
  • Temporary stop relocation for Routes 36, and 60; Stop #3570 12th Avenue S & S Judkins Street (Northbound) relocated from Sat Aug 12 at 7:00 AM to Sun Aug 13 at 8:00 PM due to street repair work.
  • Temporary stop relocation for Route 50; Stop #22009 Delridge Way SW & SW Genesee Street (Southbound) relocated from Thu Aug 3 to Sun Aug 13 every Thursday at 8:00 AM through Sunday 5:00 PM for two consecutive weeks due to street repair work.
  • Temporary stop relocation for Routes 36 and 60; Stop #3570 12th Avenue S & S Judkins Street (Northbound) relocated from Sat Aug 12 at 7:00 AM to Sun Aug 13 at 8:00 PM due to street repair work.

Service Reminders

  • Take transit to all your events in Seattle this weekend. Metro and Link Light Rail serves riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field and Climate Pledge Arena;
    • Mariners have a full weekend of games at T-Mobile Park on Friday, August 11 at 7:10 p.m., Saturday, August 12 at 6:40 p.m., and Sunday, August 13 at 1:10 p.m.;
    • The Storm will have a game at the Climate Pledge Arena at 3 p.m. on Sunday, August 13;

  • Prepare for travel delays: Sound Transit 1 Line disruptions Aug. 12-20;

  • West Seattle Water Taxi is operating on summer schedule. Weekday service runs from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., weekend service from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and additional late night runs on Fridays and Saturdays until 11 p.m.;
    • Vashon Water Taxi schedule here;
  • Seattle Center Monorail will have extended hours this weekend. On Friday and Saturday the monorail will run until midnight and untill 11:30 p.m. on Sunday. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
  • Get out into nature this weekend and take our Trailhead Direct service to Mt. Si, Little Si and Mt. Tenriffe;
    • Temporary stop closure for Stop #13292 Madison Street & Summit Avenue (Eastbound) closed due to construction until further notice;
  • Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
