Metro Weekend Update – September 13th to 15th, 2024
Weekend Service Impacts
- Route 183 will be rerouted off of S 272nd Street and S Star Lake Road from Friday, September 13 at 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. on Monday, September 16;
- Routes 43, 48, 255 , 271 and ST 542 will be rerouted in both directions during the closure of Montlake Boulevard E from Friday, September 13 at 10 p.m. through as late as 6 a.m. on Monday, September 16;
- Routes 333 and 365 will be rerouted off of NE 145th Street starting Saturday, September 14 through October;
- Routes 10, 11, 12, 49, 101, 150 and ST 550 will be rerouted and will not serve stop #1190 Pike Street & 6th Avenue (Eastbound) on Saturday, September 14 and Sunday, September 15 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day;
- Routes 60 and 132 will be rerouted in the South Park area on Saturday, September 14, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., during the Fiestas Patrias Parade;
- Routes 36, 60 and 107 will be rerouted off of Beacon Ave S on Saturday September 14 and Saturday September 21, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day;
- Routes 31, 32 and 62 will be rerouted off N 35th Street on Saturday, September 14, from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., due to the Diplo Run Club 5K;
- Route 2 to W Queen Anne will be rerouted off Seneca Street on Saturday, September 14, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., during the On The Block event;

Service Reminders
- This is the last weekend of the season for Trailhead Direct service to Mount Si and Issaquah Alps;
- Take transit to all your sporting events in Seattle. Metro and Link light rail serves riders heading to T-Mobile Park, Husky Stadium, Lumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena;
- The Seattle Mariners have games at 7:10 p.m. on Friday, at 6:40 p.m. on Saturday and at 1:10 p.m. on Sunday all at T-Mobile Park;
- The Huskies and Cougars play the Apple Cup at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, at Lumen Field;
- The Seattle Storm have a game at 3 p.m. on Sunday at Climate pledge Arena;
- The Seattle Sounders have a match at 4 p.m. on Sunday at Lumen Field;
- Water Taxi will continue a year-round midday and extended summer weekend sailing schedule;
- The summer sailing schedule began April 15 and will run through October 11. Find the summer sailing schedule on the Water Taxi’s Captain’s Blog;
- Seattle Center Monorail will operate regular hours all weekend. The Monorail will depart approximately every 10 minutes;
- Riders can use Text for Departures by texting their stop number to 62550 to get next departure times;
- Remember, it’s free and easy to sign up for email or text alerts about King County Metro service. Alerts can be tailored to your favorite route(s).
